Colliers International
LSI Logic Corp., of Milpitas, Calif., retained Colliers International Advanced Technology Real Estate Group in Seattle to help with the sale of its semiconductor manufacturing plant in Gresham, Ore. Stephen Rothrock, executive director of the Colliers group, says the 1998 plant on an 80-acre site that is fully permitted for an expansion.
