Wright Runstad & Co. and Urbis Partners

Walton Street Capital of Chicago chose Wright Runstad & Co. to manage and operate 1.2 million square feet in two Seattle properties it just bought: Metropolitan Park and Park Place. Lisa Stewart and Cleita Harvey of Urbis Partners were selected to lease the portfolio. Urbis will work with Wright Runstad for the first time, but Stewart previously provided the same services for two other Walton Street Capital properties in Seattle. For Wright Runstad, the assignment is a reunion of sorts with former principals of Chicago-based JMB Realty, who later formed Walton Street Capital. Wright Runstad and JMB partnered in development of Wells Fargo Center in Seattle. This assignment increases Wright Runstad's assets under management in Seattle to more than 4 million square feet.
