Kristen Okerman has returned to the Seattle office of Colliers International to the new position of managing director for marketing and communications. Okerman recently returned from Australia, where she was the national marketing and communications manager for Colliers International. Before that she worked in Seattle as director of research for Colliers' U.S. operations. Christopher L. McDougall has joined Colliers in the new position of managing director of Global Initiatives. McDougall was national director of research at Grubb & Ellis in Chicago. He's working out of Colliers' Seattle office.
