Society of Industrial and Office Realtors

Rob Aigner, Jim Bowles and Mark Flippo have earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation. Bowles is managing director of CB Richard Ellis, Aigner is executive managing director of Colliers International and Flippo is co-founder and principal of Pacific Real Estate Partners. They were approved as SIOR members at the group's fall conference in Chicago. Patrick Gemma, senior development manager with Panattoni Development, joined SIOR as a developer associate.
