Opus Northwest promoted Mike Ruhl from senior director of real estate to vice president of real estate. Since joining Opus in 1997 as a real estate manager, he has overseen more than 4 million square feet of industrial and flex-office development. Last year his responsibilities were expanded to include urban office development in Bellevue and Seattle.
