Williams Marketing

Pamela Christensen and Carrie DeBruler of Williams Marketing are site managers for the sales center of Olive 8, developer R.C. Hedreen's 36-story condominium/hotel that will break ground in January. The center is scheduled to open in January. Units will range in size from 650 to 1,600 square feet and are priced from the high $200,000s to $1.5 million. Prices for the penthouses haven't been set.
