Coldwell Banker Bain

Debra Trappen is the new agent recruitment and development manager for Coldwell Banker Bain. She will oversee launch of an agent development program. She previously was owner of The DMK Group, a contract recruiting and event planning company, and had worked as an executive recruiter for Cisco Systems.
