Security Properties

Seattle-based Security Properties, in partnership with GMAC Institutional Advisors, bought the 298-unit Serravella Apartments in Hollywood, Calif., for $64 million. Security plans to re-position Serravella — built in 1986 — into a more hip, upscale community. Security owns more than 20,000 apartment units in 36 states.
