The International Facility Management Association's Greater Seattle Education Symposium, an annual one-day continuing education event, will be held March 2 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lynnwood Convention Center.
The event will focus on trends in facility design and operation, particularly rising energy costs, workforce productivity and how to improve facility performance. Continuing education points will be offered for CFM's, FMP's, IIDA, BOC and other professional designations.
The event will include a mini trade show, a tour of Lynnwood's first registered LEED-CI building and an economic lookout. Speakers include Linda Beverly of IFMA and Michael J.
