Harbor Properties has made two staff changes.
Martha Barkman has been promoted to senior project manager and
Steve Yoon was hired as associate project manager. Harbor Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer
Denny Onslow said the firm will be elevating current team members and seeking new talent to build workforce housing. Current projects include the 66-unit Press Two Apartments on Capitol Hill, and the Helix and Ellipse Apartments in the University District. Barkman led project management on Harbor Steps in the 1990s. She has been a project manager at Harbor since 1988. Yoon will work on financial analysis of new opportunities and project management for ongoing projects. He was with the Wells Fargo Real Estate Group in Los Angeles.
