The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ Feb. 15 breakfast meeting will look at the potential for rising prices and shortages in the construction industry. A panel of construction industry experts will discuss strategies to protect against rising costs and labor shortages. The panel will include Bill Lewis of Lewis Builds, Eric Temp of Skanska USA Building, Dan Suver of Bayley Construction and Jim Norman of Mulvanny/G2 Architecture.
