Tarragon Development
Tarragon has added five people to its staff.
Darrin Martin is chief financial officer. He was chief financial officer for Martin Smith, Inc. and assistant controller for Bentall U.S.
Laura Delaney is director of leasing. She was director of real estate services at USI Real Estate Brokerage Services and a real estate specialist for Washington Mutual Bank.
Ryan Hitt is associate development manager, involved with commercial projects. He was with Burgess Weaver Design Group & HOK Architects.
Tony Scott is associate development manager, responsible for tenant coordination and development of multi-family housing at Kent Station. He worked for New Dimensions General Contractor.
Kelley O'Connor is leasing and marketing manager for retail. She was with The Macerich Co. Tarragon develops office, light industrial, retail, residential and mixed-use projects.
