Baldwin Resource Group, a Bellevue-based company that focuses on business consulting, risk management, insurance and employee benefits/wealth management, said Commercial Property Consultants has joined as an affiliate. Commercial Property Consultants works with commercial property owners and their CPAs to reduce their federal income tax liability and to increase cash flow by accelerating depreciation expense deductions. Todd Kolb is managing principal of Commercial Property Consultants' Seattle office.
