NAIOP looks at “Bellevue vs. Seattle”

The Sept. 20 meeting of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties will be on the topic of “Bellevue vs. Seattle: What will shape their office markets in 2007 & beyond?” It will be at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, 721 Pine St. in Seattle. The speakers will be brokers Parker Ferguson and Bill Pollard, and landlords Clete Casper of CarrAmerica and Dan Ivanoff of Schnitzer Northwest. Jim Bowles of CBRE will be the moderator.
