Fana Group

Fana Group of Companies, a privately held investment company based in the Puget Sound area, named John Powers vice president of real estate. Mike Chase, currently vice president of finance, will focus on finance, administration and operations. Powers was senior real estate manager at Boeing Realty and manager of development services at Sound Ventures. Fana is involved in real estate development and management in the U.S., Canada and the Carribean. Zones CEO Firoz Lalji is chairman/president. Recent projects include a hotel/condo site at Eighth and Pine, Federal Way Crossings, Estancia condos in Bothell, and a 300-unit condo in Everett.
