Rhapsody Partners

Rhapsody Partners, a regional development firm based in Kirkland, appointed Scott Shade as chief of design. Shade oversees conceptual architecture and site planning while managing the company's architects and engineers. He was with Carina Corp. in Las Vegas and Beazer Homes. Rhapsody Partners was formed in 2005 by former Carina CEO Mark Doppe to focus on mixed-use, commercial and residential development in the western United States.
