Simpson Housing

Simpson Housing, a privately held Denver-based multifamily owner, developer and manager, hired Brad Broyhill as president and chief operating officer. He will be based in Denver and responsible for overall operations of Simpson Housing. Broyhill was with Amstar, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm, where he was executive director of multifamily investments. Simpson has projects in Seattle and other cities in the region.
