NAIOP South Sound Real Estate Forecast

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties will hold its South Sound Real Estate Forecast on Tuesday, Jan. 23, at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center, starting at 11 a.m. with registration and networking. The panelist will be Bart Brynestad of Panattoni on the industrial market, Rachel Corp of GVA Kidder Mathews on retail, Eric Cedarstrand of Colliers International on office and Peter J. Ansara of Prium Companies on housing. Lynn O. Michaelis of Weyerhaeuser will give an economic forecast. Jack Rader of Premier Real Estate Advisors will be the moderator.
