RedHill buys Royal Skies apartments

San Diego-based RedHill Realty Investors, a privately held real estate company, acquired the Royal Skies Apartments, a 240-unit property in Kent. This is the second Kent property in RedHill's portfolio. It bought the 304-unit Hampton Bay apartments in 2006. AEW Capital Management is a joint venture partner on Royal Skies.
