Al Clise says sale of his family property could 'reshape this city'

The property for sale is outlined here in yellow. Clise Properties is not selling any of its nearly 2 million square feet of buildings downtown, including 1700 Seventh Avenue.

With Seattle real estate booming, market watchers have been keenly interested in what the Clise family intended to do with its massive holdings in the Denny Triangle.
