NAIOP property tour: Denny Triangle

The 2007 property tour of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties on July 26 will cover the Denny Triangle area of downtown Seattle. The tour and registration will start at Teatro ZinZanni at Sixth and Battery at 11:30 a.m. A reception will follow the tour and begin at 6:30 p.m. Speakers will be Al Clise of Clise Properties, Ada Healey of Vulcan, Kate Joncas of the Downtown Seattle Association and John Powers of Colliers. The tour will cover development plans, green streets and transportation improvements. Cost is $75 for members and $125 for non-members.
