Marcus & Millichap brokers handled the sale of land in the town of Pacific at 100 County Line Road S.W. for $535,000. The buyer is Charles Turbak and the seller is Viola Beslow. Mike Morgan and Dino Christophilis of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
