Redmond-based ÁegisLiving announced Jerry Meyer has been promoted to president. He will retain his current role as chief operating officer and lead day-to-day operations. Dwayne Clark, who previously served as president, will focus on property development, new market opportunities and securing new capital for growth. Meyer was president and CEO of SunBridge, a senior housing company, and secured more than $200 million in construction financing. AegisLiving operates 32 communities in Washington, California and Nevada.
