CREW Seattle (Commercial Real Estate Women) will hold its annual clock-hour seminar on Sept. 18 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. The topic is “Get Smart about Smart Buildings.” The presenters are Kate Diamond and Melanie Taylor of NBBJ, Brian Floyd of McKinstry, and Jim Greenfield of Davis Wright Tremaine. Appraisal, legal and real estate continuing credits have been approved. It will be held at the law offices of Davis Wright Tremaine, 1201 Third Ave., Suite 2200, Seattle. Continental breakfast will be provided. Reservations must be received by noon on Sept. 12. Cost is $50 for CREW members and $150 for non-members and walk-ins.
