Investcorp

Investcorp's New York-based real estate group has opened an office in Los Angeles to serve the western United States. Investcorp Principal Brian Kelley and Managing Director Joel Moody have relocated to California and will oversee the West Coast office. They will work in Southern California, and Pacific and Mountain West regions. Over the last few years, Investcorp has been involved in transactions in West Coast markets including its largest deal to date, the Bravern mixed-use complex in Bellevue. It is involved in acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management and sales of a variety of property types.
