HAL Real Estate
Gabriel Grant has joined HAL Real Estate Investments as an investment manager. Grant will help manage assets and find new opportunities. His career has focused on property acquisition and development in the Northwest and Massachusetts. Recent projects include acquisition of a transit-oriented property in Portland's Stadium District, two condominium conversion projects in the Seattle area, and retenanting and sale of a Seattle retail portfolio. He is on the Leadership Team of the Urban Land Institute's Young Leaders Group. Seattle-based HAL has purchased and/or developed more than 3.5 million square feet of office, housing and retail space.
