Keller
Tarragon added Stephanie Keller to its executive management team as director of marketing. She was formerly business development manager with LandAmerica and lease administrator for Terabeam. Tarragon also promoted Ryan Hitt to development manager and Kelley O'Connor to leasing manager. Hitt joined the firm in 2005 as associate development manager with responsibilities for Kent Station, Junction 192 and Sunrise Village. He was with Burgess Weaver Design Group & HOK Architects. O'Connor is primarily responsible for retail lease administration, marketing and leasing. She formerly worked with The Macerich Co.
