Setting up shop in Seoul

Coldwell Banker Republic of Korea has opened its first office in Seoul, South Korea. Coldwell Banker said one of the major growth opportunities for the brand is outside the United States. South Korea has an estimated per capita gross domestic product of $25,500 for 2007, moderate inflation, low unemployment and fairly equal distribution of income, the firm said.
