Security Properties

Seattle-based Security Properties Inc. has acquired the 248-unit Nutwood West Apartments in Fullerton, Calif., for $41 million. Situated on a 6.54-acre site in Orange County, it is near five colleges and universities. SPI plans a substantial renovation. The SPI group has both management and ownership responsibilities for approximately $1.5 billion in assets.
