Stellar Holdings

Stellar Holdings, a private international real estate investment and development firm based in Seattle, promoted Joshua Curtis to real estate project manager and Sandra Dalin to controller. Curtis will be responsible for project evaluation, monitoring and strategy development in Seattle and Poland. Dalin will be responsible for accounting, financial analysis and financial reporting. Stellar is the primary investor in Thornton Place, the mixed-use project that will be located in the south parking lot of Northgate Mall. Construction is expected to be complete in early 2010. It has holdings in the United States, Sweden and Poland.
