REAPS: Building Wealth by Buying Notes

The monthly program of REAPS (Real Estate Association of Puget Sound) is on the topic of “Building Wealth by Buying Notes” with guest speaker Donna Bauer of The NoteBuyer, Inc., who is an author, investor and consultant.
