Colliers International promoted four brokers in the Puget Sound region. Eastside specialists
Tim Chin and
Mike Schreck have been named senior vice presidents. They are located in the Bellevue office.
Joe Levin, who specializes in multifamily in Puget Sound, has been named vice president.
Andrew Hitchcock, a Kent Valley specialist, has been promoted to associate vice president. They are located in the Seattle office. Colliers also hired five new associates.
Jeff Bare, formerly of Medallion Properties, will focus on office and mixed-use leasing in the South Sound and brings more than eight years of commercial real estate experience. He is in the Tacoma office.
Troy Stark, who spent eight years as an appraiser, will specialize in Kent Valley and Pierce County industrial space. He is in the Seattle office.
Tish Johnson brings 30 years of experience in the printing industry. She will focus on industrial sales in South King County and work in the Seattle office.
James Myers is a new associate in the Olympia office and will be specializing in retail in Thurston and Pierce counties. He was with Mercedes Benz of Tacoma.
Brian Deller is a recent Washington State University graduate and will specialize in Eastside office and Northend office and industrial, based in the Bellevue office.
