Stellar Holdings

Stellar Holdings, a private international real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Seattle, promoted Joshua Curtis to real estate project manager and Sandra Dalin to controller. Curtis will be responsible for project evaluation, monitoring and strategy development in Seattle and Poland. He will also continue to oversee market, feasibility and financial analysis. Dalin will be responsible for accounting, financial analysis and financial reporting. Stellar is the primary investor for Thornton Place, a six-acre mixed-use property near Northgate Mall.
