Wright Runstad & Co. promoted four staff members to vice president, creating an all-woman team of vice presidents. They are:
Lisa Bergeron, Susan Murphy, Mary Richards and
Diane Undi-Haga. Bergeron and Richards share the title and job of vice president, controller; Murphy is vice president, director of leasing; and Undi-Haga is vice president, project development. They join
Cindy Edens, senior vice president and director of development, and
Valarie Tomey, vice president. The company also has five female property managers who handle the portfolio of 5 million square feet of space in 16 properties. Wright Runstad said it offers job sharing, flexible hours, telecommuting and family leave benefits to help employees balance their work and home life.
