Hearthstone complex sold

Security Properties recently sold the Hearthstone at Merrill Creek housing complex in Snohomish County to UDR, Inc. for $38 million or $172,727 per unit. CB Richard Ellis' Jon Hallgrimson and Frank Bosl represented Security Properties. Hearthstone at Merrill Creek was completed in 2000. It has 220 units on a 14-acre site.
