Grubb & Ellis hired Brian Richardson as a vice president in the multifamily group. His primary focus will be properties with fewer than 75 units. He previously worked at The Foundation Group where he was a vice president involved in real estate sales, marketing, valuation and appraisal. He also worked at Cascade Partners for three years in the multi-family group.
