Property owners, developers, architects, engineers and real estate professionals are invited to “Seattle Landmarks: History for Some, Burden for Others” on Thursday, June 12, at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. The breakfast forum will feature professionals from Lane Powell and Callison addressing the risks and opportunities associated with owning, developing or remodeling buildings that are 25 years or older under the Seattle Landmarks Preservation Ordinance. Cost is $40 if you prepay online at http://www.lanepowell.com or $50 if you pay at door. The event starts at 7:30 with registration and breakfast.
