Capitol Hill Housing has made two staff additions: Josephine Wong as chief operating officer and Kate Stineback as housing and community developer. Wong was director of finance and administration at the Seattle Office of Housing. She will lead the property managment department as well as leasing, compliance and office administration, and report to CHH Executive Director Christopher Persons. Stineback was with Beacon Development Group, where she managed development of numerous properties including Evergreen Vista II in Olympia, and the Laube Hotel in Bellingham. She will not only be developing properties but also contributing to community planning efforts on 12th Avenue. CHH owns and operates more than 35 buildings in the Capitol Hill, Denny Regrade, Ballard, Central Area and Cascade neighborhoods serving over 1,600 low-income families and individuals annually.
