Coast Sperry Van Ness
Sperry Van Ness of Irvine, Calif., signed an area development agreement with
Tom Hoban and
Shawn Hoban, owners of Coast Real Estate Services in Everett. The new firm will be called Coast Sperry Van Ness. Tom Hoban, managing director of Coast Sperry Van Ness, said this will help the firm continue to grow its brokerage and leasing services. Sperry Van Ness has more than 960 advisors in over 150 locations.
Todd Thompson has joined Coast Sperry Van Ness as a commercial real estate advisor and agent, specializing in commercial sales and leasing in the Puget Sound region. He spent several years in the land development and investment research business.
Shauna Brennan has joined as an advisor and associate broker. She was a corporate lawyer.
