Chappell
Cushman & Wakefield hired Theddi Wright Chappell as managing director to lead the firm's national Green Building & Sustainability Valuation and Advisory Practice, and its Valuation Services Group in Seattle. She has been a consultant for valuation and advisory related projects throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia and Europe, and is a LEED accredited professional. Chappell will focus on the costs and benefits of sustainable properties in the U.S. She is the Ambassador of Sustainable Initiatives for the Appraisal Institute. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chappell was CEO of Beaverton, Ore.-based Sustainable Values, Inc. She provided consulting services in valuation and investment analysis, feasibility of urban projects and assessments of the potential impacts on value of sustainable development.
