JC Mueller

JC Mueller LLC, a Seattle real estate development company, hired Lis Soldano as director of development. Soldano will lead all company projects. She was vice president at Intracorp, where she led projects from master-planned communities to mid-rise residential towers. They include The Cleveland in Old Town Redmond and Expo62, a 114-unit apartment building near Seattle Center. Her background is in land acquisition, land use, permitting, construction and neighborhood outreach. Current JC Mueller projects include mixed-use communities at 2051 E. Madison St., 2026 E. Madison St. and 2203 E. Union St. It is also working on a project in Columbia City.
