NAIOP holds DevelopGREEN in March

NAIOP will hold a conference March 11 and 12 called “DevelopGREEN: Sustainable Solutions for Commercial Real Estate” at The Westin Seattle. It will offer education, networking and information on the business case for developing green, as well as the public policy and environmental implications and best practice strategies for projects that are financially successful and sustainable. Topics include site selection, energy-efficient buildings, trends in the carbon market and changes in LEED certification. There will be a tour of sustainable projects in Seattle.
