CBA Green Broker certification

CBA and the Cascadia Region Green Building Council have launched an online Certified Green Broker education program for people in the commercial real estate industry. The objective is to train brokers to counsel clients on sustainability issues. Topics include green building basics, green leases, valuation and land use laws. Cost is $750 per course through May.
