Quadrant Homes

Quadrant Homes says it has a new line of luxury homes called the Classic Collection. The 30 houses are on “premier-view lots” in the Aster Park community of Snoqualmie Ridge. Quadrant said in a press release that the houses offer high-end features for less money than comparable luxury homes. Prices start in the low $500,000s. Features include sizes up to 3,900 square feet, daylight basements, hardwood floors and 90 percent energy-efficient construction.
