Mobile home park sells for $14M

ENUMCLAW — Mountain Meadows mobile home park in Enumclaw has sold for nearly $14.1 million, according to public records.

The buyer is Mountain Meadows Community limited liability company, which lists Teresa Desimone in Des Moines as the agent. The seller is Cornerstone V, a Washington limited partnership.
