GVA Kidder Mathews

Cooper Point Village, a six-building Rite Aid complex at Cooper Point Road and Harrison Avenue in Olympia, recently sold its last building of 7,880 square feet. The project began in 2005, and totals 54,800 square feet. Evan Parker and Amy Robinson of GVA Kidder Mathews represented Gramor Development of Washington in selling four of the six buildings for $6.3 million.
