Developers evo Properties and CD-Dev Partners said two firms — the graphic design and branding agency Turnstyle and bicycle importers Dutch Bike Co. — have signed as tenants of The Kolstrand Building in Ballard. They will move in after renovation is completed in the first quarter of 2010. Turnstyle will take 6,000 square feet. Dutch Bike will take 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The firm imports and sells European city bicycles and rents bicycles by the hour. Graham Baba Architects designed the renovation.
