Last week contractors were hard at work as The Bravern’s retail tenants prepared to move into their new spaces. The shopping center’s “arrival court” on Northeast Eighth Street will give drivers a choice between valet parking or a below-ground garage.

• 305,000-square-foot retail platform

• Two 33-story residential towers with 455 units

• Two office towers — Building One has 11 floors, Building Two has 22 floors — totaling 755,000 square feet, all leased to Microsoft

• 3,100 below-grade parking stalls
