Metro Property Services

Phillips Real Estate Services and Northwest Commercial Real Estate Services have merged their commercial property management divisions to create Metro Property Services. Both Phillips and Northwest will handle their multi-family properties independently. Metro Principal Morris Groberman said the company will specialize in office, retail, commercial and industrial property, as well as consulting, opinions of value, brokerage and owner representation. Kevin McNulty manages business operations. He was with Madison Marquette in Seattle. Groberman has been in the commercial real estate business for over 23 years.
