ULI Seattle District Council

Hal Ferris of Spectrum Development Solutions is starting a two-year term as chair of the ULI Seattle District Council. The Urban Land Institute, established in 1936, has offices in the United States, Europe and Asia, and about 35,000 members worldwide. Members include developers, investors, lenders, engineers, architects and public officials.
